This support group is an informal time made up of parents or grandparents with children who have special needs and facilitated by a clinic staff member. Time is devoted to short presentations, question/answer sessions and discussions about topics such as parenting strategies, child development, insights into growing up with a disability, stress management, interpreting test scores and study skills.
Date: Every third Tuesday of the month (excluding Cobb County School Holidays)
