Classes & Camps
Finding time for children to practice social skills can be challenging, especially with our social distancing restrictions. Our monthly meetings model appropriate and inappropriate social skills, provide role play opportunities, and facilitate the development of a "social sense" in a fun and relaxed environment. A variety of turn taking games encourage positive interactions while practicing friendship and problem-solving skills. Children learn appropriate responses, questioning skills, and how to understand the emotions of others.
Group sizes are generally from three to five children and sessions are
generally 90 minutes in length.
We have three skill levels:
#1: 3rd through 6th grades
#2: 6th through 9th grades
#3: 8th through high school
